The hotel was well located. The rooms are slightly small but as we were only sleeping in the hotel it was not bad. The staff in the hotel were friendly. There were two things which let the hotel down. 1) It would be nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room or at least some water. 2) The staff in the attached bar are not friendly. After the second night we decided not to drink or have food at the hotel due to the bar staff. Much friendly people in the many other bars in the area.

While our premium rooms do offer these added conveniences, we understand the importance of these details and continuously strive to enhance our guest experience. We apologize for any inconveniences experienced with our bar staff. Our guests' complete satisfaction is paramount, and we will certainly look into this matter to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere. Regarding the early check-in, our intention is always to have everything prepared for our guests' arrival, and we regret if there was any delay in providing your room keys. This feedback is highly valuable as it helps us improve our coordination for such services. Regarding sustainability efforts, we are pleased to hear that you appreciate our initiatives, though it seems there was a misunderstanding with our housekeeping service. Amazing experience. The seal to our shower glass wall was broken so water always ended up on the floor after a shower. Other than that, everything else was amazing! Will definitely recommend and will certainly book ibis again!

Some parts i couldn't fault the hotel. The location is convenient and very close to the train station and tourist spots, but be prepared as the area could be quite filthy and the walk from the train station to the hotel is downhill with cobble stone which makes walking down difficult if you have suitcase. I could imagine going back up is a nightmare but in our case we took the taxi to the airport hence we were spared. I couldn't speak much about food availability as we pretty much wandered around the area and enjoyed the food outside. The room that we got is very compact but enough for 1-2 person with 1 suitcase and carry on. The bed is fine not the luxury type of course but thats what Ibis is all about. Our room is clean but the shampoo dispenser were not replenished at all (empty) and we were welcomed with less than half of a toilet roll. Staff are polite and our check in was quick though our key card kept kicking us out and we had to go back to the reception to reactivate. Check out was smooth and hotel accommodated our luggage as we stroll around the area before heading to the airport.
