As above everything was very nice. We understand about helping the environment, but there is nothing like a nice cup of breakfast tea in a cup in the morning. Unfortunately we did not like any of the teas offered including Earl Grey.

The Novotel in Bayeux was a reasonably priced, clean and modern hotel that I thought was perfect for our stay. The room was well furnished with a nice bathroom and shower. There were plenty of USB ports for charging. Breakfast was very good with friendly service. The hotel went above and beyond in that they placed chocolates and a chocolate bunny in our rooms as we were visiting over Easter. None of the expensive hotels I stayed at during this trip went the extra mile like Novotel did.
