I appreciate they had moved to a new system. But I turned up with a toddler and dog to a massive queue at reception, during which we then had to evacuate due to a fire alarm. Check in therefore at least 40 mins eating into valuable time on our stay. Then they had to re-take all my details during check in which I had already provided - only to be told to pay for parking and dog staying (would have been a nice gesture to offer one complimentary…) Other than that room was nice, clean and food from restaurant was of good standard.

We like location of this hotel. However, cannot give 10 on this occasion as room was noisy. Also, air con rattled when I turn it off. Rattled when turned on. Bought some ear plugs. It seems the room was next to very noisy service lift.

It was a fantastic stay- the bathroom was particularly beautiful! I loved the sink. A nice view. Easy walk to the town centre. The hotel was clean and the bar area was lovely. Highly recommended!

Lovely rooms with comfy beds and an easy walk into town. EV charger in car park made life muc easier too. Great stay.

We got a warm welcome from the start, staff were lovely and couldn’t help u enough, our room was stunning and lovely and clean, breakfast had a wide choice and was very enjoyable, will definitely be booking agin in the future and even started planning, looking forward to another visit
