The three rooms we booked were clean and available when we arrived. The two night stay was very comfortable and the included breakfast was good quality and ample for our needs. The only slight disappointment was our evening meal on the Wednesday, we ordered soup and had to return it as the soup was lukewarm. The staff quickly replaced these bowls with piping hot soup. The staff we encountered were always very friendly and eager to help. Well done!

Generally polite but bad service. No real will to help or even serve the customer. Food is getting worse. Breakfast is shambles due to young staff showing they don’t want to be there. Had to wait until 4 o’clock for the room ( fair enough) but no way of letting me know if the room is ready before because I don’t have a French number ……????? Why STILL NO almond milk at the bar (but available for breakfast …..???? Why Ibis restaurant generally more expensive than other restaurants for much worse quality …..

Great location on the beach, fab views over the sea and beach (especially the sunsets). Lots of activity to see: horse riders , sand yachts, paddle boarders. It was nice to use the seawater pool shared with the Novotel, also a decent fitness room and a run/walk along the beach to work off the calories!. We enjoyed the breakfast, ate in the bar one evening, nice soup and very nice fish. Like other reviewers, we found the 'just in case' credit card authorisation strange and unnecessary but it was cancelled on checkout. Yes, it's a short walk from the outer rooms to reception but it's really not a big deal.

We were “upgraded” to a sea view. Our view was of the beach and the sea but immediately outside our room was a footpath so no privacy unless the curtains were closed blocking out the view. The WiFi was unreliable on one iPad and would not work at all on another perhaps due to the room location. We were able to make the WiFi work in reception the next morning.

it is the second time we visit the spa - this time we took breakfast at he ibis. It was nice and quality products. downside was really the sauna and hammam which were out of service for 4 days. I think the hotel has to inform customers about non availability of the services upfront. this is not fair. Weather was terrible therefore not having sauna and hammam was a huge gap in the experience. really disappointed from this end which of course had influence the overall experience
