Your hotel is well-appointed with a great pool. The sea view rooms are contemporary with amazing views whilst the dune side rooms a dark, damp and overlook the car park. The disparity between the two is significant. But the most disappointing part of our stay was your staff. The service was slow, our food was undercooked, we repeatedly asked for things that didn’t arrive and despite our best efforts to speak French, we were meet with hostility. It ruined all our eating experiences along with undercooked fish and cold soup. When we complained about this, we were told we weren’t entitled to compensation. We we spoke to the manager, we were offer a child’s meal for free. We were ordered from the restaurant at 10pm and told there was no icecream for the children. I cannot express how inconvenient and unwelcome we were made to feel. I have stayed here 5 times and found the staff unfriendly so historically, have not eaten in the hotel but did so this time for convenience. Never again.

Excellent stay. No criticisms whatsoever, other than my usual - it would be nice if there was a small ramp out onto the balcony in at least one of the wheelchair accessible rooms (e.g. 1262 or 1368), so that the balcony was also wheelchair accessible. It would not be difficult to do - I myself made a small wooden ramp which I bring every time - but I shouldn't really need to do this.

After a very disappointing executive room Why put a sink in the bedroom I have experienced this before at other Novotel hotels but their rooms are large enough to accommodate this feature I was moved to a superior room a far bette ambience rest of stay vey good
