Perfect location, right across the lake, in the center of the city. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Clean room. The wc was a bit small, but the shower spacious with extra large towel.

Unfortunately were not offered any benefit for our platinum status. Our room with a view was nice but gold upgrade only. Worst was being woken up each morning with a revolving door of babies crying next door and one family doing gym exercises, like skipping first thing in the morning and waking us up. Actually it sounded like builders were working next door. All 4 mornings woken up. Great location and lovely staff but had an exhausting stay. As we suggested to manager, put all the babies and families on one floor and this avoids waking retired couples. Sure a first world problem but I'm living in the first world and travelled from Australia for the experience. Otherwise hotel is lovely as is annecy.

The location of the hotel was very good, and the facilities were clean and satisfactory. In particular, my two daughters did not want to leave the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.
