Poor experience; hot, humid, and smoking outside my window.

The hotel did not have the air conditioning enabled and it was very hot and humid. Because of this I had to keep my window open - even through a thunder storm - to keep my room cool. But the hotel also let people smoke by the pool which let cigarette smoke into my room every time. Very disgusting health hazard.
