Located a short drive from the centre of Caserta with OK rooms but otherwise in need of attention.

Check-in was OK. We parked in the hotel parking at 7 euros per day. (Note you need a new ticket every time you enter the carpark, which has to be validated at reception in order to exit.) The room was OK having been recently reappointed. The hotel is a bit out of town near a main highway, but we didn't hear any road noise. Breakfast was passable on the first day but the hotel couldn't cope with the number of guests on the Saturday - tables took an age to clear; food took an age to be replaced; and the food are soon became very messy. We never did get a cup to have coffee in, having to use a paper cup from the water stand instead. After breakfast was finished the staff did a reasonably quick job at returning the restaurant to a state fit for lunch. Other than that the hotel needs some updating and we had to ask reception for our welcome amenity as they had no idea this was expected for platinum members.

Il nostro hotel è stato molto gettonato in quel week end, scelto soprattutto da famiglie in quanto l'hotel è provvisto di camere triple e quadruple. Mi dispiace per il disagio ed il traffico incontrato a colazione, il nostro staff fa del suo meglio per accontentare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti. Inoltre, a breve iniziaremo dei lavori di ristrutturazione per rimodernare soprattutto le aree comuni. Saremo felici di riaverla nuovamente come nostro ospite. Saluti. Lo staff novotel Caserta sud.

The hotel is on edge of town .The restaurant was very acceptable . The hotel has has signs showing it is doing things for climate improvement .However the room was at 26.3 degrees and very uncomfortably warm .We told reception and it was switched on by receptionist somewhere in back office . However the system is then programmed to switch off after a certain time or through the night automatically . This is all done to save energy but the room was much too warm and it gave me problem sleeping . This really is a big negative issue

This was our first experience in a hotel with our dog and it was a pleasure. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel. The neighborhood is not great, so we ended up dining at the hotel, the food was ok. There is a pool and an outdoor area which was convenient for walking the dog. The hotel has a parking lot and breakfast is included. In fact, we liked it so much that we stopped here again on our way home. The only downside is that it is pricey.

We were placed here because our flight was cancelled. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and just all we needed snd we slept well, but I would not choose to book this hotel unless it is for business purposes. The pool area and pool itself is lovely but u MUST wear a swimming cap to use the pool which cost €2 to buy from reception and wont fit anyone but a small child. The restaurant is NOT open 24 hours and some of the staff are rude particularly the male staff. The food is lovely but overpriced as expected. The views are terrible so do not book if its for a holiday and the hallways are hot and have a funny smell.
