The room was clean, but the reception staff seemed unfriendly. One girl receptionist, in particular, appeared arrogant and avoided eye contact when answering questions. A bit of customer service training would improve the guest experience.

Stayed here due to location and the fact I was on a late flight as the hotel is next to Krakow Glowny station - walk off the platform to an underpass and your there I knew it was basic but was better than expected, bed was firm, only negative was thin pillows Nice shower and room absolutely spotless so I’d return if it was for one night

I booked this hotel solely because of arriving in Krakow off a late flight and the hotel being so close to Krakow Glowny railway station as I didn’t want to have to get public transport or taxi once in the city The hotel is 2 mins walk off the platforms , go right to the end and through an underpass and the hotel is right in front of you so it couldn’t be more convenient Yes the room was basic but tonnes better than many other budget hotels I’ve seen, room was spotless, bed was firm, yes the shower and sink are in the room but for one night it didn’t bother me as I was only in the hotel for 11 hours. Only downside in the room was the pillows were really thin and soft which may give some people a problem Reception was impressive and easy to check in, no bar though so for my Accor welcome drink it was tea or coffee and I was basically handed a cup, sachets and a kettle to make it myself lol a machine might be easier Would I stay here for more than one or two days? Of course not but for a short stay it is absolutely fine and I’d return when I have early / late flights to due location and how clean the whole hotel is
