When we arrived, we have very well welcome by the receptionist. He was much helpful and friendly to us. The bedroom was well prepared and nice but we saw that this hotel would need a renovation. The Bathroom needs refreshment... During the evening, A cooking smell came under the door as well as a cigarette smell, which is not pleasant especially for non-smokers. In the morning, about 6am, a good breakfast was prepared and this has been appreciated.

Friendly welcome and very helpful receptionist. The hotel rooms however seemed rather tired and not that clean.

Have stayed many times at this Ibis. Our recent stay was disappointing. Receptionist not welcoming. Spent much of his time on his phone, playing games or smoking outside. There was no white wine available. It sits next door to a large Carrefour. How difficult would it have been to buy a few bottles while awaiting delivery? Corner of duvet very grubby. Such a shame. It used to be a favourite.

From the description of the room: "Plateaux de courtoisie avec thé/café”. No, there weren't any of these. And this was on the ALL app, so there is no intermediary to blame for the inaccurate room description.
