Booked a 1 bedroom residence. Check in line in a Wednesday was about 25 minutes. Asked them at check in to have the pull out bed made up and a roll away sent up to the room. Came home for dinner at 9 and the bed was not made and the rollaway was not delivered. Insane for a $1,500 a night suite. Very poorly managed hotel.

Melissa at Cleo was absolutely amazing. Her service was impeccable and her recommendations were absolutely delightful. The food was flavorful and the it was truly an escape to the Mediterranean. We will definitely be back.

Lovely and delicious dinner at Cleo with our spectacular server Kenny. Highly recommend. Food was amazing and service was personable, attentive and friendly. Ask for Kenny if you can!
