Nice Hotel and super service. We got transfer from airport and back free of charge. The villa is super clean , terrace also. Pool is cold enaugh but perhaps nice in summer. We have had a butler Karina , she is really very nice and helpfull in all person ( really special Thanks to Karina ). All of your needs completes shirtly ane best way. You can order your breakfast to villa also , but otherwise they have nice Beach Lounge - working 24 hrs and all the time offer you full menu and drinks by your choice. Suggest to visit this place , especially if you are big company or few families - as villas are really huge and different in prices between 2 and 8 persons are very small.

We returned for our second stay at Rixos Prive in Gocek in April with our son in order with the objective of working/studying remotely in a relaxing location with good weather, food and service. Thanks to Umut-bey our butler, whom we had a great experience with a couple years ago, our every need was attended to. The chef (I understand is new) prepared delicious, fresh and beautifully presented meals, and was very flexible to my vegan requirements. The main drawback this time was that there was ongoing construction/repair work nearby which created noise and disrupted the tranquility. The management handled it as best they could and hopefully it will not be an ongoing issue for guests. I think the infrastructure needs some upgrading (power outlets outdoors didn't seem to work in villa or in cabana, the ping pong table needs refreshing, bikes are a bit faulty, the safe didn't work in the room as battery needed replacing I think). One other gripe would be quality of the laundry service - while regular, the care and attention was not there and a sweater was shrunk for example. But all that aside, we would come back because of the location, service and food!

From the moment we were greeted until the moment we were waved off I couldn’t fault the hospitality at this wonderful hotel in its perfect location. From the accommodation to the setting the place is beautiful but it was the staff who made this a particularly memorable holiday. I would like to particularly call out Umut who was simply outstanding in understanding our needs and reading the various quirks and personalities of our group of 6 which is no mean feat, especially with 3 teenagers!

We have had the most amazing stay at Rixos club prive Göçek… from the villa to food to the service, everything has been truly outstanding. Everyone of the staff have gone out of their way to make our holiday so special and we can’t thank them enough. We have to give a special mention to Umut who has gone above and beyond to ensure we had a holiday we will never forget. Thank you Umut… you knew what we wanted before we did, you were there when we needed you and you showed us what true Turkish hospitality was all about.
