From arriving to leaving we had an amazing stay. The staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful and the hotel itself was stunning - everything had been thought of.

Really disappointed with our stay, we booked two clubs for the children on the friday when we arrived, to be told on saturday the clubs werent running, this is really poor, why didn't the person just tell us on the Friday!! I cancelled our trip to Lego land on the basis being round the hotel for the Saturday

Beautiful last minute stay with the children. Great to have children’s swimming slots, although would have preferred longer. Really nice food in the Moreish restaurant. I would expect the rooms to be slightly cleaner and the service to be a little more tailored considering the price of the room. Overall a lovely stay.

We have stayed twice before and had amazing times. This time was so good with all the entertainment for the children but the room situation was not as great. The clocks went back so the morning was lighter so 4.45am, as there were no curtains and just a blind the sun was shinning through the gaps which woke us up. Staff were great and changed rooms but to another one with a blind. We then waited around for another room but that meant we missed our swimming slot with the children. I can’t thank staff enough though as I’m sure it was a full and busy weekend and definitely will not put us off coming again . All your staff are so friendly and great with the children. Look forward to coming back soon
