I visited the restaurant only with family and I was completely taken by ( maybe very small ) gesture of the restaurant manager Mr Aamit , but a big act for me . The hotel is 5 star but restaurant Manager Mr Aamir deserves 10 stars. 1.He is very compassionate vigilant and dedicated person 2. He has trained his team perfectly to the expected standards. 3 but he himself is beyond expectation . He made my kids and mine lunch memorable.The service and special care rendered by him will make us revisit swissotel restaurant.

Excellent rooms ! Nice view ! Acess to lounge on Top floor was icing on cake ! It’s nearness to Burg Khalifa and Dubai mall is added advantage!

Sandeep was very good helping to arrange taxi. Our overall stay was good. Good breakfast close to Dubai mall, good restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our 2 days stay in the hotel. The hotel needs some renovation but overall it was pleased stay. Will stay again

Merhaba, Otel girişi esnasında ilgisiz ve baştan gönderme üzerine bir tavır takınıldı. Yalnızca Resepsiyonda kendimi kötü hissettim benle ilgilenen hanımefendi güzel karşılamadı. Ama geri kalan herşey çok güzeldi. Teşekkürler.

It is only through candid, constructive feedback that we can strive to better our product and refine our services. Firstly, allow me to apologize to you for what appears to have been a less than acceptable experience with our property on your visit. All of your comments related to attitude and guest services have been forwarded to the Director of Front Office and the training manager for immediate remedy and to avoid reoccurrence. I can assure that the points you scored lowest are not up to the normally high standards of the hotel.
