The room was not really clean when we stay especially on the window, bathroom exhaust was very slow, so that little bit smelly, and the last hotel parking was very limited

Staying at mercure hotels, especially the new ones, i had expected the best service. Instead these were what I experienced: 1. Difficult to contact front desk 2. Hot shower not hot enough during the night 3. During earthquake there was no alarm or announcement 4. Front desk default reaction for my request to split bill was “no” / “cannot” / “difficult to process” 5. No 24 hours room service 6. Leftover trash below the sofa 7. No showergel upon check in 8. Broken kettle (though still functional) My room was 818. Please improve
