I can understand workforce shortage and I’m ok with hiring people from all over the world. But having employees at front desk in a hotel, receptionists, all foreigners, none speaking Romanian, just one speaking not even basic English is not acceptable. So, we had to use signs to make ourselves understood by the hotel staff. The rooms are small, the furniture is cheap and can hardly fit in. For instance, the chair is a plastic one that does not fit under the desk and you don’t have space to cross. You literally have to go over the bed to reach the window. At least is clean.

Stimate domn FLORIN C., Apreciem foarte mult comentariile referitoare la sederea dumneavoastra la hotelul ibis Styles Dunarea Galati. Este intotdeauna o placere sa primim un feed back pozitiv. Voi impartasi echipei remarcile dumneavoastra.Sunt convinsa ca acest feed back va servi ca si incurajare pentru intreg personalul nostru care depune eforturi pentru a imbunatati caliatatea serviciilor oferite. Va multumim pentru ca ne impartasiti experienta dumneavoastra si speram ca urmatoarea sedere alaturi de noi sa fie la fel de placuta ca si precedenta. Nice Ibis Style city center with large terrace , qualitative breakfast and talkative staff at reception . Room was clean and all comfort. Food menu was good and tasty with effiscient service. Well located so i will definately come back with friends and family!
