Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Katowice Sus instalaciones son muy modernas y bastante nuevas. Dispone de parking, desde donde accedes directamente al hall. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. La decoración es moderna. La cama es enorme y muy cómoda. El baño muy bien equipado, con una ducha amplia y cómoda. Dispone de un calentador de agua por si quieres hacerte un café. El personal de recepción es amable. La planta baja dispone de un bar y también de un restaurante. A pocos metros (al otro lado de la plaza), hay muchos sitios para tomar algo y comer. El precio es medio.

Stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2024. Rooms asre ok, clean. Breakfast good. But last night sat down for a glass of wine, and realized that there is really no service at the place. With 10 customers, Thu eve Feb 29th in 2024, the customers of the staff of more than qty of customers are totally ignored. Felt bad. For the attitude. No go for the next visit.

I wasn't sure about the services provided at the hotel. I was there in May 2023 and checked in. One of the staff at the reception was a trainee. She made a mistake, as she took another payment from my card, when I have already paid for the stay. Then I went to my room. She knocked at the door and apologised and brought me some cookies. I told her not to worry, that is fine. She was very apologetic, but I told her not to, as she just took over this job. The staff at the hotel is amazing. Very nice, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go there again, as I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and of course, Katowice is not a Tourist hub. Local flavours and the welcome spirit of the locals impressed me. Thank you team for your nice welcome in May 2023. I will be back to the hotel next year.
