A friend of mine in his eighties under difficult circumstances was booked into the Harlow hotel. He has found the staff to be excellent with his treatment and gone beyond the call of duty to make his stay pleasant with special thanks to Brian and Trevor. This hotel comes highly recommended

Stayed for 1 night. Very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and all clean and tidy.

I had to wait for my room to be prepared at 3 in the afternoon. And the next day at breakfast all the cooked food was cold.

Dishonestly advertised to be associated with the Accor Hotel group, yet no benefits were gained as the Harlow is "white labelled" - whatever that means. The room heating did not work and neither the bedside lamp.
