Went for the iftar buffet, excellent quality of food and arrangements. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The space was well managed, despite lot of people, it was not very crowded specially at the buffet tables. A must try experience if you are in Khobar

Friendly staff, easy checkin. Great service in the restaurant every morning makes a big difference. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The hotel is quiet and always clean. I’ve stayed here many times and have never had an issue with the hotel or staff. I recommend it to anyone staying in Al Khobar

My favorite hotel in eastern province. Every aspect of this hotel is exceptional. Service, privacy, food, luxury and location. In addition, the staff are one of a kind. Very welcoming and friendly which is always something to cheer about. My #1 choice always.

Opgelicht, ondanks toezeggingen wordt onterechte claim via credit card niet terug gestord

Door omstandigheden de boeking moeten annuleren. Ruim binnen de tijd en toch werdt er van de credit card afgeschreven. Alle documenten netjes overhandigd, keurige toezeggeing dat het werdt terug betaald. Maar na 1 maand nog maar eens nagevraagd, zelfde verhaal, u heeft gelijk wij storten het geld terug. Nu 3 maanden vereder en nog steeds niets. Zeer slechte service en wat mij aangaande onbetrouwbaar, mijn advies niet doen!
