Anonymous Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room was not equipped with towels, we called multiple times but no answer. When they answered it took them more than an hour to bring new towels. Bellboys take 20mins to get to the room. And when we tried to take our luggage by ourselves because we were late, the bellboy intercepts us at the lifts, demands to take our luggage then goes to other rooms to pick up their luggage before bringing them to us at our car.

We are very sorry for this unexpected bad experiances in many provided services in your esteem Hotel ... This is the seventh day of our dream stay in movenpick Al Khobar, and still the hotel management can not fix the TV service ... since the 1st. day ... We are really very sorry ... :(

Went for the iftar buffet, excellent quality of food and arrangements. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The space was well managed, despite lot of people, it was not very crowded specially at the buffet tables. A must try experience if you are in Khobar

I left the cleaning sign with no one responding, the bathroom doesn’t have the Toothbrush Soap cubes Even for the first night The hotel is adhering a saving mood that will affect the customer experience
