The Beginning of Our Tour Group

We were part of a Trafalgar tour group which used this hotel for the start of our trip. The location near the airport made it perfect. We had read several past reviews about the hotel which did not paint a good picture of what we were expecting. However, we had a wonderful experience. We arrived early and had anticipated having to wait for our room to be ready. Alice, the person who checked us in, was very professional and got us into our room immediately. Weather was unexpectedly warm, but we opened the windows to room and were comfortable. We would have no issues in recommending this hotel for anyone. It was very clean, well situated and the food was good.

We were in transit for 1 night. Hotel in no where. No restaurant around, and the one of the hotel is the worst I experimented until now. And more than 80 euros for 2 plates ! The hotel itself is out of age . Every thing need renovation . How Accor accept this kind of hotel ??

ok as always. I had some issues: First room assigned was incorrect second room had some troubles with the temperature check out I had a discrepancy between the confirmation of the room and the amount charged.

My experience was fine but the toilet seat was loose and moved around while in use. Also, the room was very warm and could not cool with the controls. Also, the bathroom sink and bathtub did not drain well.

Good hotel but for two in the queen size bed too small

Hotel is overall goods, staff friendly. However, I am not sure to book it again when traveling with children since the queen size bed is quite narrow and it is definitely not comfortable even with a child.
