I am normally not motivated to write reviews because generally all Accor properties are well maintained and service is good, but this time the quality of Hotel and our experience was quite the opposite. We had to wait 45 mins for check-in at midnight with family and kids in order for their system to update. Worse, My wife got locked inside bathroom and couldn't open the lock. The hotel didnt have any maintenance staff. We had to almost break in after 40 mins of using tools which the hotel did not have. We found the shower in the bathroom broken as well! In both our rooms towels were not clean and the bedsheet on sofa bed stained. The staff was very accommodating to change towels, provide new bedsheets, give games to kids while awaiting check-in system update, and giving tools to break the lock!! However this is not what I expected from Accor's Adagio Aparthotel Marseille Timone.

The room was small for 4 persons and the sofa (second bed) was not prepared despite our planned arrival. However, o have to say that for the first night they offered us a double room available. We asked twice for the change of bed sheets (on the sofa) and finally we changed them alone. Furthermore, the sofa was not comfortable if not damaged.

The only negative I had was the outside of the hotel is dangerous in that there was rubble on the footpath and no street lighting. Very dangerous
