Even though some things have been removed from the hotel, I continue coming back, meanly because always feeling at home there. A wonderful gentleman working in this hotel passed away last year, and we will miss him a lot for his professionalism and friendship. Good job for the team.

I came to stay last weekend but upon arriving in the room, the room was dingy, dirty and had a dead (bed) bug on the middle of one of the beds. We spoke to the front desk and told them we were not comfortable staying here. We moved to a different hotel, but have still been charged for full stay even though an agreement for a refund was discussed. They have not responded to any emails and ignore calls. I will be doing a chargeback through my credit card.

Comfortable stay and lovely reception from staff who were very helpful (Young Italian man). Good choice for breakfast and tasty. Very clean and tidy and a good sleep with air conditioning. Only room for improvement would be the shower a bit tight in width although still clean and practical.
