Hotel with well maintained clean rooms and nice breakfast with many options .Location wise also good; adjacent to metro station and at the centre of city. Would be more better if you could provide at least heating mug and needfuls for making tea / coffee at room and dental / shaving kits.

İbis Styles hotel de 3 gece kaldım,iş için gittim,hem havalanına yakınlığı hem de şehir merkezine çok uzak olmaması oldukça iyi,çevrede kaliteli restaurantlar ve her bütçeye uygun yemek yerleri var,aynı zamanda şehir parkına oldukça yakın ve mutlaka ziyaret edilmesi gerekir. Decent hotel for locals, but not for foreigners.

I traveled from Denmark, with a party of 9 people in June, for a short company getaway and spent 3 nights at Ibis Style Barmbek. Apart from the noise from the trains in the railroad just outside our windows, we really enjoyed our stay. Decent food, the reception was sweet - although they had a hard time understanding our needs because they didn’t speak English. And the location was near public transport, which was a plus. The only remark I had was concerning our invoice. I asked several times both by phone and in email, to get an invoice after paying our stay and every time I was told that they would send it, which they never did. That was very unprofessional. Would maybe stay here again, if I was traveling with a fluent German speaking friend and didn’t need the bill.

For future visits, we recommend requesting a room on the street side, which is generally quieter. Hotel is very convenient for SBahns and buses., and thus well-connected for Hamburg centre. We received a friendly welcome at reception. English was spoken. Rooms are comfortable, spacious enough and quiet. Clean. Not too expensive. We had everything we needed, although storage space was limited. We had a good night there.

Nice and clean hotel, very close to the train station, so you can easily move everywhere throughout Hamburg in a short time, decent breakfast, polite personnel but the air con (heating system) was disappointing (outside temperature was around zero and we were freezing.
