We stayed for two nights at hotel and everything was wonderful. There was some issue with the booking but staff was quick to sort out. Wonderful breakfast and staff was always helpful. We will definitely stay again

Kaos at breakefast Sofabed not good for (big)kids - very hard

While we strive to provide a seamless experience, it seems we fell short of our goal this time. We appreciate your comments and will review our breakfast service to ensure a more organized start to the day for our guests. The comfort of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we are sorry to learn that the sofabed did not meet your expectations. Our sofabeds are selected with care, aiming to provide a restful sleep, and we regret this was not your experience. We understand that the convenience of in-room amenities such as a coffee machine and cutlery is important to our guests. While these are not currently offered in the rooms, we provide a complimentary coffee, water, and tea station in our lobby for all guests. Regarding the parking, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. Our parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, but we are always willing to assist guests in finding alternative arrangements when our lot is full. The hotel is nice if you have some business to attend nearby. Else there are better hotels in the city at cheaper rates. There is no water heater in the room. The size of the room is on the smaller side. The restaurant downstairs is good and worth a try.
