DE: Unser Aufenthalt im Banyan Tree Bangkok hätte nicht schöner sein können. Ab der ersten Minute – vom Empfang samt Kofferservice, über die Rezeption bis hin zu den Restaurants – hat uns der exzellente Service beeindruckt. Besonders Nita (bzw. Panita), wie auch Kirly, Anne und Aow haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, als Gäste besonders wertgeschätzt zu werden. Da unser Flug bereits mittags in Bangkok ankam, war unser Zimmer beim Check-In noch nicht verfügbar. Ungefragt hat uns Nita noch während der Wartezeit ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine höhere Zimmerkategorie angeboten. Ein solch großzügiges Entgegenkommen zeichnet das Management, den Service und nicht zuletzt die Menschen im Banyan Tree Bangkok aus. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank an Nita und das ganze Team! Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist fantastisch mit bequemen Sofas, Sesseln, Betten und Kissen sowie einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüffet inkl. Live-Cooking und auch hier sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Eines der Highlights bildet die Rooftop-Bar mit ihrer fantastischen Aussicht, für die wir allerdings empfehlen, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren – die Nachfrage ist (nachvollziehbarer Weise) sehr hoch, und die schönsten Plätze sind schnell belegt. Auch die Lage des Hotels gefällt uns sehr gut. Umliegende Stadtteile sowie SkyTrain und Metro sind mit je einem kleinen Fußweg gut erreichbar. So konnten wir uns rasch weite Teile der Stadt erschließen. Übrigens hatten wir anlässlich eines Geburtstags eines der Pakete mit Kuchen und Zimmer-Dekoration gebucht, was ebenfalls sehr liebevoll und wie verabredet umgesetzt wurde (s. Fotos). Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit mit exzellentem Service. Nach der Abreise haben wir noch einen herzlichen Abschiedsgruß per E-Mail vom Empfangsteam durch Nita erhalten. Selten haben wir ein solch hohes Maß an Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Das Banyan Tree Bangkok ist nach unserer Erfahrung unbedingt empfehlenswert! EN: Our stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok could not have been better. We were impressed by the excellent service from the very first minute - from arrival, including luggage service, to reception and the restaurants. Nita (or Panita) in particular, as well as Kirly, Anne and Aow, made us feel especially valued as guests. As our flight arrived in Bangkok at midday, our room was not yet available at check-in. Without being asked, Nita offered us a free upgrade to a higher room category while we were still waiting. Such generous courtesy characterizes the management, the service and not least the people at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. Once again, many thanks to Nita and the whole team! The hotel's facilities are fantastic with comfortable sofas, armchairs, beds and pillows as well as an extensive breakfast buffet including live cooking and very friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar with its fantastic view, although we recommend reserving a table in advance - demand is (understandably) very high and the best seats are quickly taken. We also really like the hotel's location. The surrounding districts, SkyTrain and metro are all within easy walking distance. This allowed us to explore large parts of the city quickly. Incidentally, we had booked one of the packages with cake and room decoration for a birthday, which was also done very lovingly and as agreed (see photos). All in all, we had a great time with excellent service. After our departure, we received a warm farewell email from the reception team from Nita. We have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality. In our experience, the Banyan Tree Bangkok is highly recommended!

Es gibt wahrscheinlich nicht viel schönere Häuser als das Banyan Tree Bangkok. Der Standard ist wahnsinnig hoch und es gibt nichts an diesem Haus auszusetzen. Man wird vom einchecken bis zum auschecken feudal behandelt und nanntest richtig Spaß hier seine Zeit zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend und werden absolut top in Schuss und sauber gehalten. Egal wie lange man hier bleibt, das Haus hat seine 5* verdient. Mega Aufenthalt, eine glatte 1+.

Sehr leckeres Essen und ein super lieber Kellner namens Beer! Wir waren rundum zufriede . Der Aufenthalt ist nicht gerade günstig, jedoch ist es das Essen und der phänomenale Ausblick wert. Eine Reservierung ist allerdings unumgänglich.

Wir haben zum 5 ten mal im Banyan tree übernachtet und sind jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden, gerade in dem stressigen Bangkok ist es ein schöner Ort um zwischen sightseeing und Shopping zu entspannen. Ganz besonders macht Mr. Wat den Aufenthalt, mit seiner witzigen und sympathischen Art. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen um Mr. Wat zu sehen. Kop Khun krap Mr.Wat 🙏🏼
