The best hotel in everything. Yana at Guest Relations office is very helpful and made our Ala Carte dinner reservation for us and everything. Moustafa and Alaa Reception are very nice and helpful with great service.

Amazing stay Too many positives to list The staff are fantastic ( and lots of them ) nothing was ever to much for them. Had issue with initial room allocated but Nour on reception went over and above to resolve the issue for us. The resort is huge and there are golf buggy’s driving around continuously to help guests get where they need to go. Lots of space, so never felt cramped The Turquoise buffet restaurant has 2 levels and although gets busy, you never feel like it is a hassle to get what you want. The choice in there literally has something for every taste bud. Ala carte restaurants were all very different and food was nice at all of them. Personal favourites included the BBQ, Italian and Brazilian. Snorkelling off the end of the jetty was spectacular. We walked the 1000m out to the end of the jetty every morning and was a nice bit of exercise after all the food and drink consumed. There is a no saving subbed policy, which is a game changer, as the lifeguards monitor the beds and if towels are left for more then an hour they are removed. This means there are always sunbeds available throughout the day. There are bars at every pool and a number throughout the resort and also there are drinks stations where you can help yourself to bottles of water, cans of Coke, Fanta, Sprite and fruit juices. The kids club has something for kids ranging from babies up to teenagers. The hotel has 2 sections, a main area and an Aqua section ( which is across the road and linked via an underground private road) the water park is located in the Aqua section. We stayed in the main section but speaking to people who were staying in the Aqua side, it is quieter on the aqua side. It does have a buffet restaurant, bars and snack bar, but guests need to get a golf buggy across to go to the ala carte restaurants and access to the beach. The entertainment was varied and good, we were fortunate enough to be staying during the EID celebrations which was extra special. The only suggestion I have is that the reception area can get busy ( people checking in and out every day) and there is not really a system in place to queue, and I did experience some frustration when guests just walked up to the counter when others were waiting patiently. Maybe some signs or a person to manage this. I do not normally write reviews but given the great week we have just had, felt the right thing to do. We hope to return nextt Easter in 2025.

Nice hotel, good sevice, tasty food and drinks, good bars and shows! Its a paradise for kids! Shows for kuds and muni discos! Very nice lobby bar and staff that always would like to help! Many a la carte restaurants. We liked everything! Excellent hollyday!
