The Hotel was in a great location and room was good and well appointed. I am an Accor Plus member and check in and out was good and we ate in restaurant for dinner. Steak meal was fabulous and Chef was very friendly and helpful and staff were excellent also. However, we had buffet breakfast and although a good selection the hot choice (bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms and baked beans) were cold (as was the omelette and other hot choices my friends made) so breakfast was very very disappointing. It spoilt the whole experience for us to be fair. Sandra Lloyd

Ajay Kumar was great at the service. He gave some great food recommendations also and was overall very helpful. The hotel is ideally located and very convenient to all the locations. Must do TePuia Excersion and Agrodome Farm & mud bath at hells gate.

Great stay at the Pullman for 5 nights. Good location with easy access to lots of restaurants, the lake and tourist attractions. Recommend mountain biking in the Redwoods and visiting the Secret Spot Spa. Thank you to Christian for the excellent service.

Don't bother with the executive lake view room on the top floor, just get a larger room one or two floors lower. The location is good, easy to explore the town from on foot. Do keep in mind that parking your car adds 49 NZ$ per day to your bill. The breakfast is ok, but noisy.

I stayed here for two nights. The room had a lake view and was the largest room I have been in. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel, but I have to say the breakfast was fabulous. The variety of food was spectacular and very tasty. The staff was very pleasant and hard working. I especially loved the sweet touch that Tracy did by handing out stuffed penguins to all the kids enjoying breakfast.
