Nos hospedamos (eu, meu marido e nossos 2 filhos de 8 anos) por 3 semanas no Novotel Bur Dubai. Transformamos o hotel praticamente em nossa casa e todas as solicitações que fizemos ao longo da nossa estadia foram prontamente atendidas por todos os profissionais da recepção, restaurante, limpeza, piscina. Muito obrigada pela atenção de todos!

Dernier séjour au Novotel Bur Dubai après 3 ans de fidélité et de fréquents séjours Après m’avoir confirmé à mon arrivée un dimanche soir la prolongation de mon séjour d’une nuit jusqu’au vendredi, me voilà le jeudi soir 19h contraint de quitter l’hôtel. Pas un sms, pas un mail, pas un message écrit dans ma chambre pour m’informer au préalable, juste l’hôtesse du desk qui me signifie jeudi soir en rentrant du travail de libérer la chambre au plus vite car l’hôtel est complet et ce qui explique pourquoi la clé de la chambre est bloquée ! Valise en express (j’ai même oublié mon câble iPhone), paiement des boissons et remise de clé et me voilà 15 minutes après a trouver un nouvel hôtel pour la nuit. Si vous n’attendez pas de service ni d’attention pour les clients vous êtes au bon endroit ! Pour les autres passez votre chemin de cet hôtel sans grand intérêt.
