地点好，干净，唯一可惜是中央空调制暖白天太热无法调整。但整体服务非常好，各处细节都有用心，同时有不少附属活动，餐点也美味。 服务人员有热诚且为顾客着想，特别感谢房务人员武玉珍，第一时间发现遗忘物品并通知。 我是用雅高会员入住，第一天前台似乎不太熟悉一些优惠活动，感谢前台经理闵志强，对雅高的活动比较熟悉且接手我之后的订单。整体而言服务非常周到细心，值得推荐。

We were a large group of 20 pax and I have booked 5 rooms for 2 nights stay in your hotel on 18-20 Dec 2023. We planned to visit Disneyland and the hotel location is perfect. There are shuttle bus provided to Disney, downtown shanghai and even airport and the train station. I have to give a highly commendable praise to Ms Nancy Yu who was at the reception that night on 18 Dec for being patient with us and so very helpful. She even make extra effort to help us and make our check in smooth. Very good service attitude indeed! I would also like to give an excellent review for Mr Cody Chang from the concierge department. We had trouble arranging for transport to downtown shanghai as we were a large group. It was last minute and late night but Mr Cody still went the extra mile to help us arrange for it. We are very thankful for his service and grateful for him. Thoughout the stay all the staffs were friendly and accommodative. Even though the executive lounge was closed, we were allow to use the lobby for drinks and merry making. It really made the entire trip a little more enjoyable and pleasant. The rooms we had were excellent and clean. The play area has slides and pool balls. The children had a great time! While the location is far from town, there is a convenient store just outside and some street vendor that offer some delightful snacks.

Lovely hotel with hospitable staff & free shuttle bus to SH Disneyland. Would love to stay here again!

Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay, especially if you plan to go to Shanghai Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland with a pre booking with the receptionist. The room are clean and spacious. The staff are very hospitable even though they speak very few English. Language is not a main problem as I speak basic Chinese, but I cherish their hospitable attitude. Without us to actively inquire, Mr.Ziqiang Wang has actively helped our family many things from carrying our luggages to the room, giving us all the information that we need and make sure we are comfortable. We truly appreciated his sincere hospitality. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance. 上海客萊福諾富特酒店是一家非常舒適的酒店，特別適合計劃前往上海迪士尼樂園的客人。從酒店到迪士尼樂園有免費的穿梭巴士，需要提前在前台預訂。房間乾淨而寬敞。即使工作人員的英語能力有限，他們非常熱情好客。語言對我來說不是主要問題，因為我懂一些基本的中文，但我很珍惜他們的熱情態度。王自強先生積極幫助我們家庭處理了很多事情，從攜帶我們的行李到房間，提供我們所需的所有信息，確保我們感到舒適。我們真心感謝他的真誠好客。如果有機會的話，我一定會再次入住這裡。

Booked an executive room at the hotel for a night in order to visit Disney. Family room was spacious and had a Disney theme. Unfortunately the room was very close to a busy railway track and we found this disturbing. The other, more annoying problem was that we booked an executive room with lounge access, only to be told that the lounge was now closed. The hotel made little attempt to placate us by giving us a free meal or breakfast (which we expected as part of executive lounge access). The hotel is tired and not as the Accor website sells it as and it’s not really an international hotel which you’d expect from a Novotel. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night

Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso questa struttura. La camera era accogliente pulita e molto calda. L'albergo si trovava a un mezz'ora abbondante dal centro con la metropolitana. Il personale alla reception era molto cordiale ma peccato che quasi nessuno di quelli trovati sapeva parlare bene l'inglese... Se devo essere sincero non lo consiglio.
