We have just come back after a 10 day stay here. Where to start? As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel special and looked after. After a tough year and long flight, aging greeted us and we felt completely relaxed. We were early but they all seemed to move heaven and earth to have our room ready in 10 minutes! It was our 17th wedding anniversary and arrived to an amazing surprise. There were flowers, rose petals and towel swans on the bed and an anniversary cake on the table. This sums up our stay and how we are treated perfectly. The grounds, pools and restaurants are all top class and idyllic but the staff are their greatest strength. Nothing is too much trouble and each seem to know exactly how to make us feel special. We were so looked after and felt completely relaxed and safe. The bar tender at the pool laid out freshly picked flowers on our pool table and greeted us with big smiles. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough- we are already booking for next year!

We spend 3 amazing days at Avista. The hotel is located on a hill less than 10min away from the chaotic centre of Patong. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. From there you can also reach one of the best hidden beaches in Phuket (freedom beach). At arrival we received a warm welcome from Matt and Ging, who were amazing and most helpful for anything we needed during our stay. The hotel wasn't fully booked and we were also offered an upgrade to a superior room for free. The architecture and design melts perfect with the natural environment around. Plenty of amenities available too. We tried their spa massage and felt like a huge bargain for the service receive. Did enjoy a lot. Foods and drinks are also fairly cheap and well executed. Only one of the three restaurants located at their rooftop was a bit pricy. Breakfast offered plenty of options, including intercontinental and traditional local food. An amazing stay overall. We would definitely come back!

Amazing 5 star hotel everything is fantastic especially the staff, so friendly and helpful. Big shout out for Rancho and Milky 😀 thank you for being so caring and helpful, making our holiday so memorable 😘 Food and rooms were beautiful and cleaned everyday. Variety of excellent food choices. Buggy service to get around the hotel was well needed especially in 35* heat! Was always friendly caring staff delivering this service. Overall 10/10 thank you so much for making my Thailand holiday fantastic 😎

Rancho at the pool bar was fantastic! He was so accommodating and friendly, he made our days around the pool very enjoyable. We were always catered for by him. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were good. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We ate at the sizzle restaurant and Tambu restaurant. The food at Tambu was very good it was a great experience. I would recommend the hotel to others and would come back.

We are having a wonderful stay at the hotel with nearly all the staff extremely nice and friendly and go out of way to be helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth having. The pools are nice and beautiful. The staff make a special effort to provide the top quality service. I specifically wanted to mention the efforts of Goldie Thakur who was exceptional at the breakfast where he was constantly running around to help us and cater to all our needs. We are senior citizens and he especially took care of our every need. Also wanted to highlight Vishal as well who was very helpful to us and asked us constantly if we needed anything. Other staff members such as Gmail (yes that’s her name) at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Jag from the managerial team was very friendly and wanted to help us as we are celebrating a special occasion and took all our requests in to help. We look forward to continuing our stay for even longer here
