The reason I booked this hotel is because of the location. The hotel is clean, provide a standard breakfast. Overall, my stay was OK, until the last day when I needed to check out early to catch up with the train to Fez. I already ordered with the reception in the evening before that we will leave early and would like to have our breakfast in a box. I have asked similar request in other hotel and never have a problem. I paid for the room with the breakfast, so I expect I will have my breakfast. However, when we came to pick up our breakfast in the box, the waiter said he could not do that because they did not have a box. What a ridiculous reason, a big hotel does not have a box? Since the hotel did not give us the breakfast, which I already paid for, they should give us a refund.
