Absolutely fantastic hotel close to both O2 arena and Abba Voyage. Lovely quiet, clean rooms and a very lively bar area in the evening, Thursday night live music. Great to come back after a night out to a bar, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfasts were great with a wide variety of food, all displayed beautifully. Staff were very friendly especially Tahid and Shakil they made sure everything was topped up and happy to help, we noticed a difference when they were had a day off. Very pleasurable experience will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

A Perfect Overnight Stay for the O2 and a day out in London!

We had previously used the Ibis for a night in London whilst at the O2 for an event and so decided to do the same thing again and we genuinely couldn't be happier that we did! The hotels location is great, right next to the Canning Town underground station, 1 stop away from the O2 making it quick and easy to get ready and head over and likewise get back straight after the event. On arrival we were quickly and warmly greeted by Curtis on reception - an absolute legend! He quickly got us checked in but we must have stood chatting for a good 5-10 mins after (not holding anyone else up I will just add!) He is super personable and friendly, a real asset to the hotel! The room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and managed in a modern and thoughtful way, maximising the space well and allowing for stored items to be out of the way. It was all super clean and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for! Despite the hotel being right next to the underground and DLR it is also super quiet, meaning we had a brilliant nights sleep which after a long week between multiple countries was greatly enjoyed! One thing that did tickle us was the signs indicating that "Robot Vacuums are active" - it wasn't until the following morning when we left the room to depart did we find an army of roomba vacuums roaming around doing their thing! It was slightly interesting getting into the elevator as one of the vacuums tried to follow us...a little eventful but all good fun. We stepped out of the elevator to check out and sure enough Curtis was sat there ready to greet us and get everything sorted. Just as helpful and personable first thing in the morning as he was the afternoon before - a huge reason we would return again in the future. If you're looking for the ideal place to stay for a trip to the O2 - look no further!

I went to Ibis recently with family. The room we stayed in was of a high standard in terms of cleanliness. I stayed here because there was an event happening recently. Travelling here was easy, no issues. Furthermore I'd like to give a special mention to Tahir for his excellent customer service. He made us feel very welcome. We'll be back again in the future. 👍

Stayed for 2 nights as seeing a show at the o2. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Great location right opposite Canning Town tube station entrance. We got back to the hotel from the o2 after the show in 16 minutes! Nice breakfast but also good breakfast options nearby.
