The room I stayed in was beautiful. Lots of room. The shower could have been hotter but besides that it was excellent. The staff were beyond helpful and the location was perfect for the places that were visited during my stay. Was always easy to get an uber to and from the hotel. Would have preferred the bar to be non smoking.

Pls delist this hotel from Accor, i received no benefits of being an Accor diamond member, no upgrades also even though all categories of rooms and suites were available, never expected such a shameless service. They charge rates equivalent to high end resorts in dubai, 1062 aed for a 4 star basic hotel, just to worsen the overall experience.

You find us extremely disappointed and concerned we did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your reservation, we note that your booking was made for a standard room, for one night, on the day for the day, during the period of the largest exhibition on the Dubai Exhibition Calendar, namely Arab Health; hence, the high rates over this period in the entire city and the limited upgrade availabilities upon arrival to our hotel; our records reflect that our Rooms Division Manager, Mr. Austine Obare, contacted you the day following your arrival, as you mentioned you would consider an extension of your one-night stay, and offered a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe or Executive room, along with a late check-out, which you declined. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we might have caused you as a result of this unfortunate incident, and would like to inform you we will be in contact with you shortly to make sure we make up for it on your next stay. Please be assured of our commitment to ensure all our guests have a seamless and rewarding experience.
