Went to the pool and was told after getting in the water that I needed a swimming cap and that I should go back to the reception and purchase one. For such a prestigious hotel, asking guest to purchase such an afforable item instead of having some ready to use at the pool side is a bit laughable. For reference other hotels ( look a the Novotel next door) have swimming cap for use at the entrance of the pool. Its not difficult to implement and easy to manage but would go a long way in making the stay experience at your hotel more seamless and pleasant,
