Hotel with a lot of luxe. domotica systems that let you easily control your room from any point. great functioning airco. Still 19 degrees on the room whereas it was 37 degrees outside. Nice and clean rooms.

Charged twice without proper invoicing

I issued a complain because the hotel charged my card 3 times without a reason after charging my company as well for the stay. The invoice issued by the hotel also stated a different amount in line with the explanation received by the hotel manager. Nevertheless I was charged almost an additional €400 directly from my account without any explanation. Waiting now for reimbursement and explanation because if I didn’t check my balance I would not even have found out
