Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with really comfortable rooms. Well located within easy walking distance of everything. The breakfast offering is huge and varied. The best thing about the hotel is the staff who were all not just friendly but really warm and helpful, we have to mention Mate, Tundi and Fanny who were all extra lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast is very good. In my opinion, this is currently the best Accor hotel in Budapest. However, we encountered some highs and lows. During the first night we had to change rooms due to a housekeeping issue. Thank you to Petra for her help changing the room and professionalism that night and throughout the rest of the stay. The breakfast spread is great. There is plenty variety. A-la-carte options are also available such as eggs benedict. They had some of the best poached eggs. Barista made coffee was also offered which is greatly appreciated. The staff were professional every morning. Though, on Saturday morning it was very busy especially at 0930am and the staff were struggling to clear tables fast enough and guests were waiting a while. Hot food options were also taking a while to be replenished such as bacon and scrambled eggs. Lastly, the rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable bedding and feature many of the amenities you'd expect from Pullman including bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Plenty of towels were available and the mirror lighting is great. One downside only is that the cleaning of the tiles and grout in the shower rooms and toilets could be improved. We also found that there was little hot water on the last morning Saturday 1130am. Overall this is a pleasant hotel offering many of the luxuries you'd expect. The location is ideal close to metro and bus lines. I would stay here again but perhaps only on the weekdays.

Well catered for, along with pleasent polite nice staff. Our room was great with everything we needed. And the hotel was located perfectly with access to the tube, trams and buses all so close.
