The price does not correspond to the quality of the hotel. The quality of accommodation cannot be compared to Hotel Posta and FIS Jasna.

Good Hotel, But Reception Service Needs Improvement

The hotel made a very good impression on us; however, the reception service leaves much to be desired. Many issues required additional clarification, such as our reservation, which included breakfast but was not reflected as such in the system. Similar problems occurred with the parking fee – we had to verify all the details ourselves. The biggest difficulties, however, arose during check-out. The bill incorrectly included €300 for restaurant charges from another room. Additionally, the final amount was €200 higher than the one confirmed in the app. After lengthy discussions, we managed to resolve the issue and reach the correct amount in line with the original confirmation, but the entire process was very time-consuming and frustrating. Meanwhile, a queue formed at the reception because only one staff member was serving guests, while three others were busy working on their computers and did not assist the waiting customers. Moreover, as members of the All Accor loyalty program, we were disappointed that none of the membership benefits were honored – not even the simplest welcome drink. Although the hotel itself met our expectations, the reception service needs significant improvement to avoid such unpleasant situations in the future.

The hotel is nicely located (however not fully ski-in / ski-out) with new spacious rooms and very nice swimming pool and gym. The service is however close to non-existent, totally lost and they struggle to cope with the (large) scale of the hotel - both in terms of housekeeping (forgot to make the room service in our room / not providing water etc.) as well as service in the restaurants etc. The food in the main restaurant is poor for a 5 star property both for buffet dinner and breakfast (no freshly prepared dishes etc.). Ironically the best dining option is the Snowbeer (sports pub) which serves super-tasty food.
