1. Lack of cleaning of the glasses in the main pool.
2. Some people hang their clothes on the balcony, and the supervisors don´t do anything
3. During the World Cup event, it was surprising and disgusting that four of the Hotel entertainment staff were consuming food and beverages in the VIP area.
4. The hotel dress code was not respected, at least in the Asian restaurant.
5. Upon my arrival, the hotel host could not find my name in the database and recognized me as a member of Marival Emotions; consequently, the hotel host asked for my contract number.

My stay at the hotel was ultimately very disappointing. While there were some positive aspects, they were outweighed by several issues that significantly impacted our vacation.
The food was good, and the day-to-day staff members were kind, friendly, and did their best to help whenever they could. Unfortunately, I also felt that the property itself is in need of considerable attention and maintenance.
The most serious issue occurred when a picture fell off the wall and struck my 4-year-old daughter in the head. She was examined by the hotel’s doctor, but the incident caused us to spend nearly one-third of our vacation monitoring her instead of enjoying our trip. Despite the seriousness of what happened, no compensation, room upgrade, or other gesture of goodwill was offered.
There were also several operational problems during our stay. On one day, we were left without towels because the hotel had no clean towels available to provide. In addition, many staff members seemed unaware of the daily activities and events taking place at the resort, making it difficult to get accurate information.
Another major disappointment was being invited to attend what was presented as a loyalty rewards program. We were specifically told that it was not a timeshare presentation, but it turned out to be exactly that. We ended up losing about half a day of our vacation attending it, and the representatives leading the presentation were rude and unprofessional when we declined their offer. Had we been told upfront that it was a timeshare presentation, we would have declined and spent that time enjoying our vacation instead.
Overall, although I appreciated the quality of the food and the kindness of the everyday staff, the combination of the safety incident involving my daughter, the lack of any meaningful response from management, the maintenance concerns, the operational shortcomings, and the misleading and unpleasant timeshare presentation made this a very disappointing experience. I do not feel that the hotel delivered the level of service or care that guests should reasonably expect.

The room was not very clean when we have arrived. Towels were worn out. There was no shampoo and soap in a shower. food was just OK not great.
also someone stole my reading glasses from the louge chair, when I was in a pool. That did not feel very safe.

They need to work on the AC in the rooms, its way to hot outside for them not to have a good working AC in the room. I complained 3 times and the problem wasn’t solved.

The food was mediocre. The drinks were also mediocre. Bartenders barely acknowledged you when you approached them. They focused more on conversation with coworkers.

Had a very good experience, met a lot of people from around Mexico there all very friendly, including the workers where awesome always helping out and wanting to talk. Fernando was definitely my favourite even became good friends. would 100% come back for sure even just to see Fernando he was a legend. Also had good activities going on all the time which made it a blast

Clean and comfortable suites for parents and children. Friendly and helpful staff. Many choices for meals. Beautiful swimming pools and lovely beach. We appreciated the teen room, the Childrens center, shuffleboard and mini golf for grandchildren, age 6 to 11. My biggest complaint is that the sound for the evening shows in the theater was entirely too loud. The shows would be much more enjoyable with less amplification.
