Pefect amenities, great strong hairdryer. Free water refill with dispenser at the corridor. Fast check-in and check-out experience. Tried to ask hotel staff for recommendation and they need to look up to give suggestion, suggest to train them abt Garut tourist places. Unfortunately elevator only on the left wing of the hotel. So for our room must walk quite far from the lift

Your gym was awful. The smell of ammonia mixed with resin were dangerous for respiratory system. I was crying for staying only 10 minutes inside. Even my wife got worse since she had asthma. The smell was impacting her respiratory condition. Just fix it!!!
