Grand lobby, free cocktails n snacks 9pm-11pm, small rooms, diner served till 9pm only. Not as expected great.

hotel is big but old, a lot of tourists groups makes it crowded in public bath and dining room. but i like that it's family friendly hotel with small play station, books for children and baby utensils in dining room

Booked Mercure because of its name, but it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The carpet smells of cigarette smoke, the walls are patchwork wallpaper and the drain in our bathroom didn’t work. Happy Hour and Onsen were good.
