The best mercure! The staff got us umbrellas, beers, and towels on the beach. We booked a suite and a Okinawa style room. Both rooms are so nice and huge!!! Swimming pools are amazing. Kids love here. The kids wanna stay here till last minute.

Only hot air conditioner available, you have to ask for fan and turn off the air conditioner in room. NO one at the front deak pick up the call, you need to walk down to front desk to ask for help. Email is in correct, you can never reach as staff except in person

The facilities were nice, and the staff was kind. The stay was comfortable and satisfying, but it was disappointing that some facilities were under construction. I would like to stay again if I ever get the chance to visit Okinawa.

I was aware that this hotel had been renovated from an older property, but I had certain expectations given the Grand Mercure brand. However, it turned out to be quite different from what I had imagined. The photos seemed to be overly flattering, and overall, the hotel felt noticeably outdated.
