We had booked deluxe room with sofa for two nights. The room we had was nicely decorated and quite spacious. The problem was that the room was too hot (24 degrees) even though the A/C was at maximum. We asked the receptionist to check that the A/C was working and that we used it correctly. He came to our room and said that he can notice that it is very hot in there (it was 24,4 degrees) but he can hear that the A/C is on an there is actually nothing he could do to help us. He said that the A/C probably was not powerful enough because we were two adults and one child staying in one room. His advice was to open the window. We did sleep the window open and we woke up at 6.30 when the garbage truck was emptying bottle- and tin bins. After the Breakfast we decided to change the room and upgraded to deluxe suite and payed 120 extra to do so. The deluxe suite is great, spacious and has a lovely decoration. We also love the hotels spa area. Breakfast is also good. Still the first nights experience and how it was taken care left us a bit cold this time.
