Spent two nights here. As an English speaking guest, the staff struggled a bit by my lack of Japanese. That is on me. The rooms are ok, clean and but older. The highlight was the huge breakfast buffet that had something for everyone. Just wish the hours were a bit more extended. Also, there is no bar at the hotel so we could not get our complimentary drink... not a big deal. Would stay here again.

This is my second stay. This time, the room facilities were well equipped, so I stayed comfortable. There was no bathtub, but it was not inconvenient. Afternoon tea and nightcap were also good experiences. Welcome amenity, the snack was also excellent. The breakfast menu was also diverse, and both Katsu burger and pancakes were delicious. It was convenient because it was the last stop of the airport bus.

I advance booked and recently stayed in 2 rooms for 5 nights in this fairly new hotel. Rooms for 2 pax and 3 pax are exactly same size, yet we are given room 1121 and 1621 on different levels. To make matter worst, these are the last room at the end of each long corridor. i tried to explain to your counter staff and get a room replacement for 84 years old mother with walking difficulty. This was turned down flatly by your unfriendly staff immediately. A real disappointment at your hotel arrangement and the lack of professionalism of your staff handling the situation. Regards C. Ng
