Although Novotel Nara is a relatively new property, the staff are exceptionally well-trained and treat every guest with genuine enthusiasm. 🍷 Executive Lounge: A Pleasant Surprise The quality of the lounge offerings is outstanding—honestly, it surpasses what I typically expect from the Novotel brand. Selection: The Sake, Draft Beer, and Cocktails are all excellent. Management: It is evident that the owner is generous and the supervisors have curated the selection with great care. Highly recommended. 💎 Member Recognition & Service Thoughtful Assignment: A special thank you for arranging my room near the exclusive elevator for the Public Bath (Daiyokujo). This made the experience incredibly convenient. Accor Benefits: Full compliance and recognition, including Welcome Drinks, breakfast standards, and seamless Executive Lounge access. My business trip room was a standard double with a bathtub. It was very spacious, with simple modern decor incorporating Japanese elements. The pillows, mattress, sheets, and large, high-quality bath towels were excellent. The bathroom and toilet, while not large, were well-maintained. It was an excellent hotel. The staff's service was also flawless. I plan to book here again when I visit Nara next time.

Great stay in Nara at this hotel. Relatively close to the train station though you may need to walk a bit. Room is comfortable but extra storage area will be nicer.

First time staying in Novotel Nara, learned that this hotel is pretty new, almost 2 years old. Everything was smooth, from the check in, to using the amenities.Reception staff greeted us each time we came back. Only comments was that breakfast items seem similar daily without much variety.
