Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased that our porter was able to assist you during your stay, although under less than ideal circumstances. We apologize for the disturbance caused by the light movement sensor in your room. We understand how important a good night\'s sleep is, especially when you have important business to attend to in the morning. While our newly refurbished rooms are designed to enhance guest comfort, it seems the sensor placement did not achieve this in your case. Furthermore, we regret the inconvenience experienced due to the dog-friendly accommodations not meeting your expectations. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests, including our four-legged friends, and we will review your comments to improve our service. Regarding the coffee machine issue, we understand the frustration that a wait can cause, especially when looking forward to a warm cup of coffee. Our team is in the process of addressing this to prevent future occurrences. We hope that you will return in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
