I booked this hotel for a business trip, relying on its strong brand reputation without even checking the room photos—I made the reservation in haste. I booked 11 nights, a dreadful 11 nights. On the first night, I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, only to find that the windows and doors offered no sound insulation. The roar of motorbike engines from the street kept me awake. I reported this to the front desk, asking for a quiet room, and they offered me a different one—on another floor but facing the same direction?! I argued my case, but the receptionist merely smiled without offering any real solution. Disappointed, I fell asleep amid the noise. On the second and third days, I once again requested a quieter room. Each time, they assured me they would call, yet I waited in my room for five, even six hours, without receiving any response. I was let down. I will never choose an Accor hotel again.

The first room I was given had an ant infestation, so I was moved to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, the next day, I found ants all over the sink again — despite the room being cleaned — and I hadn’t brought any food in. Since I was already settled, I decided not to move rooms again. After returning home, I noticed the hotel charged my personal card for the full stay, even though the stay had already been paid for in advance. I’m now waiting for that refund to be processed. While the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was nice overall, these issues — especially the unexpected charge on my card — made the experience less than ideal.

The rooms are too small and the presence of a washbasin just across the bed isn’t a good feel. And when you upgrade the room, this is a family room, when on a business trip, one doesn’t intend to see the bunk beds, they look odd and dont give a good feeling. Also, at the buffet there wasn’t anything except for the potatoes which were vegetarian ( without egg) The breads also had eggs and all other things. So what does a vegetarian feed on- just the fruits and the salad?
