Dear Stefan, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to know that overall you enjoyed staying with us. I’m really sorry to hear about the alarm disturbances during your stay. It was a truly unfortunate incident, with one of the main electric generator connections outside of our premises to have been sabotaged on one day by a snake and on another one by a squirrel. It didn't happen for the close to 2 years that I have been here, and then it suddenly happens on 2 days in a row. I understand how frustrating that can be and appreciate your patience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll take it into account moving forward, as we're working with the local district management to improve protections for similar situations in the future. I appreciate your understanding about the fire alarm situation; safety is a priority for us, and we’re glad it didn’t impact your experience. It's great to know you liked the big bathtub and daily cleaning as well. One thing I would like to explain is about the deposit requirements. In general, we are asking upon check-in for a full payment for the room charges, and for a deposit in case if you would like to post your expenses at our restaurant or bar to the room. If your room is already fully prepaid and you prefer to pay for our food & beverage directly in the outlets, then there is no need for an additional deposit.
