one escalator for hundred customer?

Dear Hiu C. L., Thank you for your feedback regarding the escalator situation. Unfortunately, due the earthquake incident in Bangkok, we needed more time to ensure the full safety of our elevators. Therefore we had only one elevator available for a few days. This situation has been resolved by now, but we understand the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Your comments are important to us as we continually seek to enhance our guest experience. We had two nights here on our arrival in Bangkok but we honestly did not want to leave. The pool, gym and eateries are all first rate - especially the rooftop restaurant. A short walk up 39 & you are on the Main Street. Recommend 100%.

Best part of this hotel is Nut, and Bank (great drinks) in the restaurant. And Jaylor too. The location is good.

We value your insights and will consider them as we strive to enhance our services. I noticed the comment about the breakfast. Turkey bacon is a great idea, and we are also looking at adding a noodle station for our Asian guests. As for the cheese, I am not sure if I would choose American one (especially now with the tariffs), but we are in discussion with some other suppliers in the region to get some improvements on that front as well. no hot water. Had to cancel booking.

We have investigated the issue and found on that day that the hot water supply was slowed down, therefore, it took in some room 2-3 minutes of keeping the water running before the hot water would come up.
