All the facilities one needs. Good rooms, breakfast, gym etc. Traffic along Soi 39 can be a hassle but just time it well and you should be OK. Good restaurants and bars in the vicinity esp. Japanese. There is a shuttle to the BTS… starts at 8am.

Good new room but really bad water temperature control

Bad water temperature control. It’s unstable and very hard to relax. Was a painful to shower & burning my skin every now and then.

Well located ,good price nice staff everything good except mattress and pillow

The staff were great, breakfast was good, and the kitchen equipment in the room was nice. However, the pillow and mattress were not compatible. I woke up with neck pain and had to place a towel under the pillow to get the right height. The bed was saggy, which made it difficult to sleep, and I woke up with pain on both sides of my waist because I sleep on my side. I suggest testing the bed for a full night’s sleep. I’ve stayed at other Ibis hotels along Sukhumvit and never had body aches or trouble sleeping like this.

The only highlight of this hotel is the concierge Jaylor. Another bellboy who didn't speak English very well was also very nice and courteous. Everyone else was simply meh. Housekeeping was subpar. We left a 100 thb tip after our 1st night and came back to find brownie crumbs still left on the floor. The crumbs remained there for 3 more nights until it was cleaned by the second housekeeper responsible for our room for the last 2 days. You can clearly tell the difference, how the 2nd housekeeper took his/her job way more seriously than the 1st one. What really shocked me was how the front desk staff responded when we told him that our housekeeper had entered our room with the DND sign on. He acted like it was no big deal and just apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. As someone who's worked at different 5-star hotels, that was simply unprofessional and ridiculously disappointing. Entering a guest room with the DND signage on is a very serious matter; investigation should be performed, and explanation should be given. We were given nothing. I understand that this isn't a 5 star hotel but there should be standards across all Accor hotels. No reg card walkthrough, no membership recognition (prob because I'm nothing), no questions on how our stay was during c/o... I will never stay here again and will advise others to do the same.

The nightshift front office staff could benefit from improving their service-oriented approach.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience during check-in was not satisfactory again. The nightshift front office staff did not greet me warmly, appeared overly self-confident, and lacked basic courtesy, such as maintaining eye contact or offering a smile. It felt as though I was asking for a complimentary room, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the issue with the water pressure was resolved promptly, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, all the staff at breakfast on the 5th floor were exceptionally friendly and courteous. I hope this will be the last time I encounter such issues during my stay.
