We came to Penrith to celebrate a relative’s 80th birthday. We extended our stay to celebrate our own 43rd anniversary. I mentioned this to the hotel staff a few days before our stay. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a bottle of wine on arrival. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The Pullman was just across the road from panthers club where we were planning to have a special dinner. Being so close to the club we thought it may have been noisy but we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. Plenty of underground free parking made it easy to come and go as we pleased. We would thoroughly recommend the Pullman Penrith to anyone looking to spend time in Penrith especially if visiting the Penrith panthers club.

From the moment I arrived at Pullman Sydney Penrith, I felt welcomed. I only stayed one night but wished I would have stayed longer. My room and staff were amazing - will definitely be coming back!

Waitstaff in the breakfast area in the morning were great, everyday the ladies would remember my coffee order, and check-in staff were very friendly and funny. The Pullman has employed some very delightful people. You should be proud of your employees, they made me feel very welcome.

The customer service was amazing from the moment we parked. Met at the door and directed towards reception, with help offered to manage our bags. The service continued through the check in process, with friendly attentive staff. Our room was spotless, beds extremely comfortable. The location is great, restaurants in walking distance, shops a short drive, river walk nearby for exercise. This was our second stay and we will definitely return.
